Who I work with

A grounded space for the patterns you’re ready to understand.

For Your Relationship

Seeking reconnection?

Do you ever feel a quiet distance growing between you — as if you’re speaking different languages even when you’re in the same room?

Does it feel safer to keep your most vulnerable emotions inside than to risk being misunderstood or unseen by the one closest to you?

For Your Career

Finding your voice at work?

Does the thought of workplace interactions leave you feeling anxious or drained by difficult dynamics?

Are you stuck in a role where your contributions go unnoticed, leaving you feeling devalued and unseen?

For Yourself

Understanding your story?

Are you carrying the weight of past relationships, wondering what went wrong and searching for a sense of closure?

Are you curious about the deeper patterns of your life — seeking to understand the experiences that shaped how you see the world?

These thoughts and feelings are part of being human, and it is a meaningful step to seek a space where they can be heard. Together, we can explore these questions with the compassion and insight needed for you to find a new way forward.

About Ronica

Understanding the connections that shape you.

I’m Ronica Logani, LMFT. At RL Psychotherapy, my work is rooted in the understanding that we don’t live in a vacuum — we are shaped by the families, cultures, and environments we move through every day. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my training is uniquely focused on these connections.

While other approaches might look at you in isolation, I look at the broader patterns of your life to see how they inform your view of yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll work to understand how these layers shape you — giving you the clarity to set boundaries, advocate for yourself, and build deeper connections.

About

A systemic lens — shaped by real life, not theory alone.

Meet Ronica Logani, LMFT.

My path to this work wasn’t traditional. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 25 years working in finance in New York and abroad. That work gave me an up-close view of how the environments we navigate shape us.

As a first-generation American, I’m especially attuned to the ways family expectations, cultural transitions, and professional demands can intertwine. I’ve seen how external stressors follow us and affect how we show up — for ourselves and in our most important relationships. I bring that real-world understanding into the therapy room to help untangle expectations and pressures that can feel inseparable in daily life.

My clinical approach

This perspective informs my work as an LMFT. My training is uniquely focused on systems — how your personal history and the environments you move through shape what you think, feel, and need. This includes the broader contexts you’re part of: family, work, culture, and community. I don’t believe challenges exist in isolation; we look at patterns across your life to understand how earlier experiences influence your relationships and how you respond today.

A collaborative partnership

Whether I’m working with an individual navigating a career shift or a couple seeking to bridge a growing distance, my approach is collaborative, curious, and insight-driven. I view our work as a partnership where we make sense of these patterns together. While I’m an active listener, I also offer thoughtful observations to help you see your situation from new angles — always moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Moving toward clarity

Many clients find that, over time, therapy brings clearer insight into why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives. We’ll work on seeing your choices with more compassion, while building the confidence to show up differently in your interactions. Whether it’s finding closure after a breakup, setting a boundary at work, or restoring emotional safety in a partnership, the goal is for you to feel more grounded — and to have practical ways to build more meaningful connections.
