I’m Ronica Logani, LMFT. At RL Psychotherapy, my work is rooted in the understanding that we don’t live in a vacuum — we are shaped by the families, cultures, and environments we move through every day. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my training is uniquely focused on these connections.
While other approaches might look at you in isolation, I look at the broader patterns of your life to see how they inform your view of yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll work to understand how these layers shape you — giving you the clarity to set boundaries, advocate for yourself, and build deeper connections.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and make sure we’re the right fit.
Book a ConsultationMy path to this work wasn’t traditional. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 25 years working in finance in New York and abroad. That work gave me an up-close view of how the environments we navigate shape us.
As a first-generation American, I’m especially attuned to the ways family expectations, cultural transitions, and professional demands can intertwine. I’ve seen how external stressors follow us and affect how we show up — for ourselves and in our most important relationships. I bring that real-world understanding into the therapy room to help untangle expectations and pressures that can feel inseparable in daily life.
This perspective informs my work as an LMFT. My training is uniquely focused on systems — how your personal history and the environments you move through shape what you think, feel, and need. This includes the broader contexts you’re part of: family, work, culture, and community. I don’t believe challenges exist in isolation; we look at patterns across your life to understand how earlier experiences influence your relationships and how you respond today.
Whether I’m working with an individual navigating a career shift or a couple seeking to bridge a growing distance, my approach is collaborative, curious, and insight-driven. I view our work as a partnership where we make sense of these patterns together. While I’m an active listener, I also offer thoughtful observations to help you see your situation from new angles — always moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Many clients find that, over time, therapy brings clearer insight into why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives. We’ll work on seeing your choices with more compassion, while building the confidence to show up differently in your interactions. Whether it’s finding closure after a breakup, setting a boundary at work, or restoring emotional safety in a partnership, the goal is for you to feel more grounded — and to have practical ways to build more meaningful connections.
